ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA, August 8, 2017…Greenleaf Integrative Appoints Operations and Marketing Team

In January, Greenleaf Integrative announced that Kathy Cox joined the full-time staff as Director of Operations. In August, Emily Rother was promoted to Office Manager. Together, Kathy and Emily manage the operational and marketing needs of the growing organization.

Kathy Cox serves as Director of Operations at Greenleaf. She leads numerous operational areas, including recruitment and human resources, administration and budgeting, internal communications, and marketing. She is also a member of Greenleaf’s management team. Previously, Kathy served for six years as Crew Chief at Harmony Crew, a strategic engagement firm in the Washington, D.C. area. There, she led the firm’s operations, marketing, strategic partnerships, and client workshops and retreats. Her career also includes management and operations positions at the National Trust for Historic Preservation, Friends of Fort Dupont Ice Arena, and MindBank Consulting Group, all in the Washington D.C. area.

In her new role as Office Manager, Emily Rother uses her exceptional organizational and communications skills to manage a range of responsibilities, including IT and knowledge management systems, as well as the employee recruitment and onboarding process. She also supports marketing and social media activities. Emily joined Greenleaf in 2015 and has also served as Trainer and Training Coordinator. In those roles, she collaborated with other trainers and subject matter experts to support curriculum development as well as managed course logistics and content updates in the learning management system. Emily’s career also includes administration, marketing, and management roles at several other firms in the US and India.
