ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA, November 14, 2019… Greenleaf Integrative, as an 8(a) U.S. small business, announced that it has been awarded a two-year contract from USAID to support its Mission to Jordan. The organizational wellbeing firm is providing consulting, coaching, training, and facilitation services in the areas of resilient leadership development, operational stress mitigation, staff supervision and performance management, communications, and conflict resolution.
Greenleaf will help foster a Mission environment that empowers and motivates staff to carry out their functions in a highly effective and collaborative manner.
Greenleaf Integrative possesses:
- Hands-on experience in organizational leadership, staff supervision and performance management as well as in addressing communication and relationship dynamics
- Coaching/mentoring workers in high-threat or high-stress environments
- In-depth knowledge of USAID, especially its field mission operations, personnel management policies and regulations, and supervisor/leadership training program
- Experience with international development organizations and working in the Middle East
