Anders Selhorst is part of Greenleaf’s team that is serving USAID’s Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA) training unit. As senior instructional design specialist, he creates and implements training programs to improve staff competencies as well as helps learners navigate OFDA’s training environment.
Anders’ extensive e-learning and training experience includes instructional design, project management,and leadership roles within fast-paced, demanding environments. Prior to joining Greenleaf, he was the manager of instructional design and learning development with the American Payroll Association in Washington, D.C. and, before that, head of instructional systems design and research at Guilford College in Guilford, N.C.
Anders earned a Master of Education degree in curriculum and instruction from Tufts University in Boston, Mass. He earned a Master of Library and Information Science degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and classical studies from University of North Carolina Greensboro in Greensboro, N.C.
