Dani Munro-Blackshear, trainer, serves on the Greenleaf client team that provides a range of institutional support services to USAID’s Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA). Using proven methodologies and technologies, she works with client stakeholders to develop and facilitate customized trainings to serve a range of OFDA staff learning needs.
Previously, Dani worked for Imagine Lincoln Public Charter School in Temple Hills, Md., where she served in administrative positions. Before that, she owned and operated a childcare facility in Oxon Hill, Md., where she promoted the children’s social development, understanding of others, and self-actualization. Additionally, Dani has held case management and counseling positions at Howard University and Howard University Hospital, both in Washington, D.C., and at Lansinoh Labs in Alexandria, Va.
She holds a Master of Education in counseling from Howard University in Washington, D.C. and a Bachelor of Science in child development from East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C.
