Juletta Mims, recruiter, serves on the Greenleaf client team that provides a range of institutional support services to USAID’s Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance (BHA). She supports BHA divisions with the recruitment and hiring of humanitarian experts to serve in the field and at the Washington, D.C. headquarters.
Previously, Juletta was a buyer for Phoenix International, a marine services company in Largo, Md. that performs complex manned and unmanned underwater operations worldwide. Additionally, she has extensive contracts and procurement experience gained through related positions in a range of government and private sector organizations.
Juletta has completed coursework in business management at Prince George’s Community College in Largo, Md. She also holds relevant training certificates from the National Institute of Government Purchasing, George Washington School of Business and Public Management, and GSA Training Center, all located in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area.
