Lika MacFarlane, senior instructional design specialist, is an integral part of Greenleaf’s team serving USAID’s Office of Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA) training unit. She implements training strategiesdesigned to further develop the expertise of OFDA staff members and meet organizational objectives.

Prior to joining Greenleaf, Lika was employed with the U.S. State Department/Foreign Service Institute as a Georgian language and culture instructor and curriculum developer.She has also worked as a linguist and secondary school teacher for English as a foreign language.
She earned dual Master of Education from I.Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University in Tbilisi, Georgia, and George Mason University in Fairfax, Va.
