Lorri Manasse is a coach and trainer with Greenleaf and is part of the team supporting USAID’s Jordan Mission organization. Her expertise contributes to the development of high-performance workplace cultures in numerous areas. Some of these include resilient leadership development, operational stress mitigation, staff development and management, communications, and conflict resolution.
Lorri has provided leadership development, executive coaching, strategic planning, team building, facilitation, change management, and organizational consulting to corporate and government organizations and the people in them for more than 30 years. She has coached more than 300 executives and led major strategic change and leadership development initiatives.
This includes providing coaching services to USAID in missions all over the world, working on site in Ethiopia, Haiti, and West Bank/Gaza. Lorri has also served for 15 years as coach and facilitator at the Federal Executive Institute, an executive and management development and training center for governmental leaders in Charlottesville, Va.
She has lived in or served clients in Bangladesh, Botswana, Cambodia, Columbia, Egypt, Ethiopia, Haiti, India, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Mali, Mozambique, Nepal, Nigeria, Senegal, Thailand, West Bank/Gaza, and Zambia.
Lorri holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of California in Los Angeles, a Master of Arts degree in English from California State University in Northridge, Calif., and a Ph.D. in urban studies/public policy from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. Additionally, she holds a certificate in business management from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School in Philadelphia, Pa.
She is a professional certified coach from the International Coach Federation and a certified professional co-active coach from Co-Active Training Institute. She is certified or qualified in numerous assessment tools, including Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Hogan, Benchmarks 360, OPM 360, LPI, other 360 tools, and Interpersonal Leadership Styles. She is a board member of the Metro DC chapter of the International Coach Federation.
