Nichole “ Niky” Grogan, Training Unit Manager, takes a team leadership role in the development and delivery of client programs including those for USAID’s Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA) training unit. She is primarily responsible for working with client stakeholders on the design, development, implementation, and assessment of training solutions.
Previously, Niky was CEO of Thinkwell Healing Group, an initiative she founded to coach women and young girls to personal and professional wellness. Her career includes instructional design and training roles in the Washington, D.C. area for numerous Intelligence Community and private sector organizations. She also served for 10 years in the United States Air Force as Russian and Uzbek Linguist/Instructor and Command Language Program Manager.
Niky earned her Bachelor of Science in adult education and training from St. Joseph’s College of Maine in Standish, Maine. She is a certified instructional designer and a certified wellness coach.
