Phillip Hafler, recruiter, serves on the Greenleaf client team that provides a range of institutional support services to USAID’s Bureau of Humanitarian Assistance (BHA). He supports the BHA divisions in recruiting and hiring humanitarian experts to serve in the field and in the Washington, D.C. headquarters.
Phillip developed his exceptional organizational and relationship-building skills in administrative management, project management, contracts administration, and team management roles at a diverse range of organizations over his career. These include The Association for Talent Development in Alexandria, Va., the Education Development Center in Washington, D.C.., and Mayvin, a government contractor headquartered in Annandale, Va. that provides recruitment and other services to a range of federal government agencies.
Phillip has completed coursework toward a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science at Fayetteville State University in Fayetteville, N.C.
