Stephan Dix is an organizational development consultant, coach, and facilitator with Greenleaf and is currently part of the coaching team supporting USAID’s Jordan mission. He also serves other Greenleaf clients with coaching, training and, facilitation services.
Stephan has over 20 years of experience developing and delivering tailored sustainable solutions for clients operating in highly demanding environments, enabling them to improve enterprise performance while protecting employees’ emotional wellbeing. Specifically, his professional development expertise spans coaching, instructional design, training and facilitation as well as training needs assessments and skills gap analyses.
He has lived in or worked with clients in Afghanistan, Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Fiji, France, Georgia, Greece, Guadalupe, India, Iraq, Ireland, Italy, Haiti, Jamaica, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Madagascar, Nicaragua, Niger, Papua New Guinea, Puerto Rico, Russia, Rwanda, Sardinia, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan, Tokelau, Tonga, United Kingdom, Western Samoa, and Yemen.
Stephan earned a Master of Science degree in development management at American University in Washington, D.C., and a Bachelor of Science degree in dairy science at Somerset College of Agriculture and Horticulture in Bridgewater, U.K.
He is a professional certified coach from the International Coach Federation and a certified co-active leadership coach from the Co-Active Training Institute. Stephan also holds certifications in organizational development, change management, and adult training as well as in assessment tools such as 360 Leadership Circle Profile and the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator.
