Victoria Hanks, recruiter, serves on the Greenleaf client team that provides a range of institutional support services to USAID’s Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA). She supports the OFDA divisions with recruiting and hiring humanitarian experts to serve in the field and at the Washington, D.C. headquarters.
She comes to Greenleaf from Atlantic Health System in Morristown NJ., where she served for two years as a contracts specialist. In this position, she was responsible for negotiating, processing, and executing over 100 contracts per month for the non-profit hospital organization.
Victoria’s career also includes contracting and procurement positions at Marotta Controls in Montville, N.J., Merrimac Industries in West Caldwell, N.J., Avery Dennison in Orangeburg, N.Y., Wildlife Conservation Society in Bronx, N.Y., and Becton Dickinson in Franklin Lakes, N.J.
Victoria holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from University of Hartford in West Hartford, Conn., and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the Montclair State University in Montclair, N.J.
