Yasmine Taylor-Hart is part of Greenleaf’s team that is serving USAID’s Office of U.S. Foreign Disaster Assistance (OFDA) training unit. As Senior Instructional Design Specialist, she creates and implements training programs to improve staff competencies as well as helps learners navigate OFDA’s training environment.

Yasmine joined Greenleaf with over 20 years of valuable and diverse professional experience. After beginning her career as an elementary school educator in New York City, she went on to work in full-time and consulting roles for numerous non-profit and commercial organizations.
Her roles and responsibilities spanned training and development, fundraising, event management, employee engagement, and project management. Some of the organizations she has served include Thomson Financial, Johnson and Johnson, and Lift in New York City as well as El Haynes Public Charter, Achievement Prep, T. Rowe Price, and the American Psychiatric Association in Washington, D.C.

Yasmine earned a Master of Science in teaching from Fordham University in New York, N.Y., and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Ga.
